Great home for families We had a group of nine ranging in ages from 6 to 70 and this house was perfect for all. Beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed Leroy the Iguana making his surprise appearances every morning!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful condo!! The location was perfect as it was on the bay yet quick walking distance to the beach! The pool & hot tub were gorgeous and well-maintained, and the whole area was gated and felt safe & secure. Inside the condo the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen area, living room, & balcony were really nice with a fantastic view, and the condo had everything we needed for our stay!

Such a great stay in Captiva! Everything was great! Quiet, clean and a great place to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Definitely thinking about a return trip.

The place was amazing, island was beautiful, beach was full of shells, the decor was lovely, beds were comfy. The sunsets were something else. Wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend staying here.

If you want to walk to all that Captiva has to offer, this is your place. Five houses from the beach and Mucky Duck.

We enjoyed the tranquility and the beauty of Captiva Island. This house is very well located in a very exclusive but relaxed beach community.

Was thrilled to stay at Loggerhead Cay, post Hurricane Ian! The complex is coming along great and this unit was perfect! Thank you for working so hard to get your place ready for guests. I had a great time and slept like a baby on the superb King bed in the primary. Ill be back!

Ryan and Nicoles place was a delight! Comfy rooms, beautiful view, easy beach access. They communicated quickly and with great suggestions for groceries, food, etc. Loved Captiva and the South Seas location and would absolutely return!

Ryan and Nicoles condo is beautiful and well appointed. The furniture layouts are thoughtful and make the home feel spacious. No clutter. We had everything we needed and then some. Hosts were very responsive. This is our fourth time staying in beach villas and Ryan and Nicoles condo was by far the nicest. We will come back for sure.

Beautiful home with access to swimming pool and beach. Easy parking and access to a few restaurants, grocery stores, golf cart rentals and boat cruises all within a few minutes drive.

We had such an incredible stay at Ryan and Nicoles beautiful flat. The place was spotless upon arrival, beds were comfortable, and you cant beat the location right on the beach. We didnt use the pool but it looked really nice and we washed the sand off from the beach at the pool outdoor shower. On Tuesday there was a great little market a short walk out the entrance of the property where there is also a Starbucks (and you can order ahead through the app). We also walked into the town and rented bikes from Yolo to ride around and explore. Our short trip to Captiva was wonderful and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay!

Definitely consider this Airbnb for your next stay in Captiva Island! Our family of five stayed in this beautifully renovated three bedroom unit directly on the beach. The pictures online do not do it justice. There is new paint, flooring and decor throughout. Ryan and Nicole have thought of everything you might need, from beach chairs to umbrellas and everything in between, we had a wonderful stay. The resort itself is still recovering from the hurricane, and doing many upgrades, but the beach never changes. More and more island restaurants and shops are opening every day. And we saw more wildlife on this trip than we have in the last year and a half. We were so glad to be back at South Seas and cannot wait to come back and stay in this unit again!

Easy to get in with clear instructions and right in the beach. Very responsive as well!

We stayed in this beautiful Condo for a week in April. The weather was perfect, the pool was great and the beach is unbelievable. We founds lots of shells and were up to watch the sunrise on one day. Went to the Sanibel Farmers market on Sunday. Ate out but also used the amenities like having a nice kitchen with full sized fridge and coffee maker. Two bathrooms was nice so each of us had our own. This was a meetup spot for me who is from Massachusetts and my sister Kate who is from Wyoming. Were going to plan to make this an annual event!!thank you

Great place for the price

The home was awesome and perfect for us! Love the location! Captiva is one of our favorite places to vacation!

Very nice, friendly apartment. Lovingly decorated and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach equipment. Quiet, relaxing environment. Everything has been brand new renovated, including the tennis courts. We can highly recommend the apartment and Ryan & Nicole are very attentive, courteous and helpful hosts who always responded within minutes. Thank you for everything! Hopefully we will be back soon :)
